Hi I'm Moriel 24, based in wolves, I'm more of a guitar player (officially grade 3 but did that when I was 17 Reckon I could probs do grade 6 or 8 now with some practice) but bought a bass like a month ago and there are a lot of transferrable skills so although inexperienced I've picked it up pretty easy. I've taught myself to produce and make my own stuff (I'll drop a link at the bottom, "24” is my most recent song and although I can hear places it can improve I'm quite happy with it) but I want to be in a band as well. I have no experience gigging and I've done everything by myself to this point but that's why I'm on here lol - that's why I've put experience at 3's and 2's although I'm certain I'll be able to perform I've never played live or been in a proper band but I've jammed with a mate back in school
If you're interested just message me back, I'm serious about this and about it being a career so I'd bring the work ethic

Influences
Vision wise I'd like to be in a band that sounds kind of like the cardigans (I really like that 90s grungy raw nirvana sound) - paramore are great too, Radiohead, willow (coping mechanism), smashing pumpkins and MCR are some other influences I have. My fav genre is funk so I'd say my mount Rushmore is Jamiroquai, Prince and Lenny kravitz, plus I like hip hop, but I'll always do what I hear is best, how up for genre bending are you? Bc I do love pop punk but I also love to experiment as well and try mess around and do things people don't generally put together
