ive been drumming on and off for 7 years and never really got going ... i would really love to create music and perform live.
i work full time so prob best to practice at nights... and gigs whenever were good enought ! i own my own kits (have literally drums/cymbals lying about in my room) so that wudnt be a problem. but if can rent out pratice space with a kit id prefer that.
as for my music taste it dose vary, but normally the heavyier the better!
