I'm primarily an acoustic fingerstyle player, have been playing properly for about 1.5 years. I learned when I was in my teenage years but stopped playing until I finally decided to pick the guitar up again during Covid.
Far from an amazing player, but looking to start jamming with other people, mainly for fun and to get better at playing with others, but open to more committed stuff if it works out that way.

Influences
Quite broad, I enjoy a lot of rock, metal and other heavier genres.
Favourite bands include Coheed and Cambria, Deftones, Mastodon, Erra, Funeral for a Friend and Dance Gavin Dance.
When it comes to my own music though I mostly play acoustic stuff, as I currently only have an acoustic guitar and an electric but no amp. I enjoy fingerstyle mostly, and find artists like Mike Dawes and Tommy Emmanuel to be really impressive.
