I started my music career 0n the showband scene in Ireland. After a few years playing the dancehalls I then started touring to Germany, Canada and of course England and Scotland.

Influences
The main influences in my day were The Beatles, The Stones, John Mayall, Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett and Rory Gallagher who also started on the showband scene in Ireland. I had the privelege to play on the same bill as Rory and the great Eric Clapton in the Cream days.
