ALL POSITIONS NOW FILLED
I'm setting up a band playing covers/interpretations of 90s Club Classics in a post-punk/alternative style for gigs, festivals, events etc. I've been toying with the idea for a while, and now I want to finally make it happen. I've probably missed the boat on appearing on TOTP or making the NME front cover, so just want to get back in a band and have fun playing some floor-fillers!
So far we’re a two piece looking for:
• A drummer. Four to the floor house/disco beats with your own twist – I’m interested to hear what you’ll bring to the table.
• Vocalist. I was thinking female, to nail the 90s dance vibe, but open to hearing anyone with a half-decent voice and some stage presence.
I’ve worked out arrangements for a few songs to get us started, but looking forward to playing together and crafting a sound as a group.
We’re based in Frome, currently planning to practice on alternate Friday nights but up for what works best for us all.
