With the intent to quench a deep thirst for haunting melodies and sonorous guitars, the members ignite what is now known as Mercury Doll, breaking into the world of online collaborations in 2013 with an idea, an idea to create something spectacular, something else, something alive.

Pushing further musically with each track � deep, intelligent, softly woven � Mercury Doll take the listener into heart-stopping soundscapes, delivering a harmony of force. Listening to them is listening to struggle envisioned.

Revolution is chaotic, an unbalanced affair. It challenges the state of things, and for those who revolt against the status quo, it bears both great risk and reward. These truths are as vital in art as they are in other realms, and it is within these redefining upheavals that Mercury Doll will take you.

Not here to bring down the system, not here to unchain religion, but to lift the spirit, to free. With influences like Karnivool, Foo Fighters, Tool, A Perfect Circle, gifted with presence and drive, Mercury Doll intend to bring their sound to all.

A little insight to how we do things

We are a new Band and work quite unconventionally, we don't get together every Wednesday for a few hours and try to thrash out ideas and tracks, we work solely online, sending files back and forth to each other creating the tracks as we go, and once we have say 3 new tracks down, we all meet up on a weekend and spend quality time going through the tracks, so there is no time wasted so to speak, we all show up and know exactly what we are supposed to be playing, we find this is quite an efficient way to work as we are scattered across the country.

All tracks we have are what we have recorded and mixed ourselves online and so they are just demo format really , we do intend on getting the album when finished, recorded professionally but for now we hope you get the idea.
