Definetly not professionnal guitarist seeking other musicians to enjoy playing and creating music together.
I have done actually more than 3 years of practice in the past (and played live 4 times, 2 of them with improvisation) but stopped for a number of years, finally got back to playing electric guitar after moving to UK. My technique was somewhat good before and I am practicing everyday to get that back, and also taking theory lessons as I would really like to compose progressive rock. I am interested in elaborate music constructions with crazy rythms but would definetly take things slow at the beginning as I am learning.
I could typically listen to John Petrucci for hours talking about his process of making music.
