Im new to the south coast
Raw,Poetic and Personal..... Matthew has been on the music scene for 10 years, honing his musical style with one of the best unsigned bands "The Fore" critically acclaimed they have played some of the most prominent festivals and venues in London and south east of England, supporting the likes of the bootleg Beatles and Billy Childish. Having also headlined the world famous cavern in Liverpool numerous times and offered a residency too, their sound has been underpinned by Matthew's brilliant and mesmeric lead guitar virtuosity. He now carries his undoubted musical talent with a new solo project, broadening his musical prowess by teaching himself to play drums and keyboard which has given him the springboard to lay down some of his own musical style. moving into a more edgier contemporary sound with undertones of his past. the music is strong and melodic but has an organic sound of it's own. the strong soulful lyrics are underpinned with a mellow acoustic guitar feel.. Matthew has something to say but is not going to shout about it..
