I have just retired and would love to get together with a group of people to jam and potentially play gigs etc.
Happy with covers, and I love all types of music, but do write my own stuff, quirky indie stuff for the most part.

Influences
I love all types of music, and would love to be good enough to play jazz guitar - Wes Montgomery, Jim Hall, Grant Green - but that's sadly never going to happen.
I grew up in the punk era, and my first bands were all punk bands, so I've always written short songs.
But my writing style is more influence by people like the Stones, Elvis Costello, Trash Can Sinatras.
Bands I like atm include Wet Leg (like everyone else on the planet) and Boojams (who everyone else on the planet ought to make an effort to discover!).
