After meeting in a house at university, multi-instrumentalists and composers Marty Felton and Benjamin Wade commenced work on 'Lights Out Lester', an entirely self-produced rock duo. After spending a year saving money to buy and put together their own recording studio, the pair began work on 1st January of 2015 on their debut EP entitled 'Do You Feel Electric?', which is set for release this Autumn. So far, their tracks have met across-the-board praise in terms of composition, performance and production style. Marty Felton's unconventional approach to songwriting sits perfectly alongside Benjamin Wade's experimental production style, and has led to Lights Out Lester being said to have "dived head-first into the realms of rock/electronic avant-garde and produced some dazzling results" (Pure M magazine) and successfully created "intriguing and magical soundscapes" (Gigslutz).
