I'm 28 from Henley and have been playing rhythm guitar for about 10 years. I have been writing and recording songs/riffs for a while but am really wanting to get a band started or joining a band. I studied audio and recording technology at uni so know quite a bit about recording and mixing and some recording equipment. I have a mixed interest in music but my main influences are heavy bands but I am looking to join more of a commercial rock/alternative band with catchy riffs and hooks.
I am looking to form something along the lines of Meshuggah, Tesseract, Periphery, something relatively technical but with a lot of groove. I have a 6 and a 7 string but would preferably like to use the 7. Send me a private message if you are interested. I have a few demos that I have recorded I could email if needed.
