ABOUT

I'm a professional musician/drummer.

Am very keen to join a band who need a drummer and are committed and see music as a career rather than just on the side - so to speak.

I'm very committed to playing drums but also very committed to music and do music production/mixing and mastering for clients along with writing my own music.

I love being creative around the drums - and for live work I sometime use triggers to give them a bit more variety/depths/different timbres - this is really useful in electronic/synth based music. I also play to click so can run with a backing track too and trigger/operate this if needed from the kit.

As previously mentioned I do a lot of writing mainly in Logic which is generally of a synth/classical/soundtrack.

Roland SPDSX with drum triggers. Use the triggers for additional drum layering live along with a Nord Drum module.

MacBook Pro for live work along with Firewire interface with Logic/Ableton/Superior Drummer etc..

Roland Vdrum - TD8 set (ok it's old! - generally used for tracking MIDI)

Outboard: UA Apollo, UA LA-610 pre-amp and UA 2-1176 compressors
