Hello, ??I am 16 years old (17 in February 2023) female A-Level student, and I am passionate about singing and keen to pursue opportunities to become a lead vocalist with a band (or backing singer if lead vocalist opportunities are not available) in the Blackpool and The Fylde Coast area.
For your information, I have taken 1:1 singing lessons since the age of 9 years old, and I have experience of singing publicly as a solo artist on several occasions.
My main “singing genre” is Jazz, i.e. doing my own cover versions of Amy Winehouse and Ella Fitzgerald. However, I also have flexible range and I can sing in the “Modern Pop” genre, and I am adept at producing my own cover versions of singing artists such as: Adele, Lauren Spencer-Smith, Norah Jones, Alicia Keys and Christina Perri to name a few.
I have a brilliant “ear” for musical timing, melody and singing when accompanied by a musician/musicians playing their instrument(s), ie mainly guitar, piano and drums.??I would be happy to sing a medley of my range/genre for a band which is seeking a lead vocalist or backing singer which matches my profile. ??I look forward to hearing from interested parties.
