At the minute there's a couple of projects I want to get off the ground: a covers band doing paid gigs and a folk band playing originals and covers.
Regarding the covers band I'd like to cover rock music from the 60's to the present day, and start gigging asap. Looking for a drummer, bassist, keys player and/or second guitarist.
For the folk band, I'd like to play a mixture of trad. folk and originals; I' also a big fan of Irish jigs and reels. Looking for fiddlers, mandolin players, bodhran players, banjo players, bassists.

Influences
Biggest influences on me as a musician would be: Frank Zappa, Art Tatum, Brent Hinds, Steve Howe, Nick Drake, Jimi Hendrix, Mahavishnu Orchestra and plenty more I can't recall at the moment.
EQUIPMENT
Epiphone Les Paul, Hudson Electro Acoustic guitar, Hughes and Kettner 100 watt amp, rig with several basic pedals - nothing too fancy.
