I am a 32 year old vocalist based in Newton Aycliffe who is forming a new alternative/post punk/goth inspired project, and I’m looking for the right musicians to complete the lineup.

If you love the atmospheric melancholy of The Cure, the driving pulse of New Order, the raw intensity of Joy Division, the anthemic energy of The Killers, and the sweeping gothic tones of The Mission, you might be exactly who I’m looking for.

Who I’m Looking For
• Lead Guitarist - someone who can craft melodic hooks, textured ambience, and expressive lead lines.
• Rhythm Guitarist - tight, dynamic, and able to build the sonic foundation with shimmering chords or driving riffs.
• Bassist - melodic, groove focused, and comfortable taking a prominent role in the sound.
• Drummer - tight, energetic, and able to blend post-punk beats with live punch.
• Keyboard Player - atmospheric pads, synth leads, arpeggios, and the ability to shape mood and space.

What This Project Is About
• Creating original material influenced by post punk, goth, new wave, and modern alternative rock.
• Building a cohesive aesthetic and sound with room for experimentation.
• Rehearsing regularly with the aim of gigging and recording.
• Collaborating creatively - everyone’s ideas matter.

I’m a vocalist and songwriter with a clear vision for the project, a strong set of influences, and a commitment to building something atmospheric, emotional, and powerful. I’m looking for bandmates who are reliable, passionate, and excited to shape a distinctive sound together. I have quite a few homemade demos of original tracks that I am happy to share to see if it’s your kind of thing or not.
