***Recently parted ways with our original bass player, seeking new member ASAP to hit the ground running. Summer/autumn gigs booked and waiting, as well as currently writing/recording EP. Must have good gear, own transport, committed and hard working but positive and fun attitude***
Combining hard hitting modern grooves with classic thrash aggression and attitude, Lower Than Bones are a Cambs UK based metal band, currently transforming from covers to originals.
Formerly a covers band, bored with a stagnated and abandoned local metal scene, LTB decided to do something about it by getting together to cover fan-favourite metal tracks, rather than the same tired old songs they were used to hearing on the pub circuit.
After a three year stint of extensive gigging, and gaining rapid popularity thanks to high energy shows with well-received set lists, they felt a transformation was in order. Working on original material seemed like the next logical step, combining each individual's tastes in metal to achieve something that reflects the sentiment and energy of their live shows.
