Hi, I'm a Spanish-American multi-instrumentalist and live looper ready to throw a monkey wrench into the musical zeitgeist we live in. I've been a professional drummer in three countries (acts associated with Warner, EMI, FatCat Records) and have seen the man behind the curtain.... in laymans terms, I know how this sh*t works. With me so far? Good. I'm looking for a female vocalist who has nothing to lose and wants to do the same, willing to spend every ounce of energy, and every spare minute into the blood, sweat & tears it will take. Ok, enough archaic jibber-jabber.... seriously though, ONLY looking for someone who believes that true art in music is not dead, but alive and well somewhere, and is eager and able to put in the hours it takes to bring it back to life. Too "Peter Pan"?? Maybe...The Beatles played 360 shows in 1960(that's before they were on the radio by the way)...just sayin'.... Health issues have deprived me of a singer. I'm NOT looking for a replacement for my singer. I want to work on new stuff. What I do? Smack a piece of wood and gut strings into a live loop frenzy. My "one-man-band" setup is done by smacking a Spanish guitar(beat), octave pedal(bass lines), tremolo and delay to wreak havoc. Modus Operandi: I write instrumental music, you provide the vocals...fifty-fifty. Have a listen and a look at the sort of "organic electronica" vibe from my duo "Made In Gibraltar" to get the picture and if you're interested and serious as hell about it, feel free to send links/demos, whatever... and we can have a chat.
