ABOUT ME:

I am a 47 year old experienced bass player from Wirral with 30 years gigging experience. I don’t claim to be the greatest player in the world but I haven’t found a bass-line yet that I haven’t been able to get close to.
I have good gear, a big car and some backing vocals. I am 100% reliable and available every weekend and week days.
I am looking for a working covers band, that are already up and running (I must have a share in about 8 PA’s and I have never seen a penny from any of them!) I am ideally looking for a band with all the gear and gigs in the diary. I have come from a wedding/function band background but I am happy to do little boozers. It’s not about money for me, I just want to play and enjoy it.

ABOUT YOU:

You are working covers band or wedding/function band with gigs in the diary. You need a quick set-learner who can be up to speed in a matter of weeks rather than years.
You are all committed to making a great sound but do not take yourselves too seriously. Making the odd mistake is not like announcing you are a sex offender!
You are playing songs that people know and can sing along to rather than 15 minute self-indulgent epics.
You are based in Wirral or Liverpool and you need a handsome fooker to complete your band.
