Welcome! The rock band light in the black is looking for a new drummer to join our ranks asap after our previous man left us for personal reasons.
We are a hardworking group of guys, all in our 20s, making blues and funk inspired rock who have been playing for the last year around venues such as Mr kyps, as well as smaller places such as the local pubs. We've had airplay on a local radio station and plenty of promising new gigs and opportunities on the horizon.
We have a three track ep previously recorded and tonnes of original material that we are always adding to, and would be looking for a dedicated individual who can work with other passionate musicians in a creative environment, as well as have a good laugh together with.
Having your own gear and transport would be best. We need a drummer asap as we have gigs and even a festival lined up in the new year and are currently working on breaking into venues such as the joiners and the firehouse in Southampton.
