I am a highly skilled musician with both a Grade 8 Distinction on the drums and a 2:1 BA in Music and Drama from the University of Manchester. I have played in many bands with both drums, guitar and bass, including performing on Brigatte in Leeds City Centre and at the O2 Academy. I have also performed as a session musician and am competent at sight reading, learning by ear and am a very quick learner. I am interested in any musical endeavours, joining bands, composing music, jamming, multi-instrimentalist projects, paid work or any other ideas. As well as this I am a DJ (primarily Jungle/Drum & Bass as well as Jamaican music), I have performed at parties and clubs, including Pangaea (Uni of Manchester day festival). I am happy to provide DJing for events and will accept paid or unpaid work depending on the circumstances.

Influences
My influences include great drummers like Buddy Rich, Steve Gadd and Joey Jordison. As well as Reggae greats like Buju Banton, Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff, world music stars like Thomas Mapfumo, Champloose and Youssou N'Dour. David Byrne has also been a big influence on me recently, with his music and his book "How Music Works".
