Drummer based in the Bath/Bristol/Somerset area, currently studying music at Bath Spa University. Looking for session work, live performance opportunities, and bands across alternative, indie, rock, funk, reggae, ska, punk, hip-hop, and blues-influenced projects.
Influences range from classic rock, Britpop and alternative rock through to funk, soul, reggae, jungle, breakbeat and hip hop. Particularly drawn to music that blends genres and has a strong rhythmic identity and groove focus.
I have played in various bands doing a range of gigs in various places such as Bar Brunel in Bridgwater, Burnham-On-Sea’s Pride festival, Komedia Main Stage in Bath,Curbside Skatepark in Bristol, Bridgwater Arts Centre, The il repute in Bristol and many others.
Comfortable with groove-based playing, dynamic live arrangements, and heavier rock drumming, as well as shuffles, halftime feels, and more rhythmically varied styles. Open to working with solo artists, gigging bands, and studio/session projects.
