I’m a 36 year old beginner to intermediate guitarist from southsea. I’m mainly self-taught but took some lessons in the past. I’m mostly interested in prog music and my all time favourite band is Rush. I spend a lot of time practicing their tunes and getting close to Alex Lifeson’s guitar sound from different albums.
I also enjoy some black metal music especially from bands with progressive influences.
Occasionally I pick up the acoustic guitar to either play some of my favourite songs acoustically or to simply play some random favourites from the past.
