Influences

Various - progressive rock (ELP, Yes, Focus, Pink Floyd), through classic rock (The Who, Deep Purple, Neil Young, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Stranglers) and blues/Rn'B (Rolling Stones, Robert Cray, Santana, Clapton) to vintage pop (The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, The Searchers, The Troggs) and contemporary pop (Oasis, Coldplay, Green Day, Radiohead, Snow Patrol) . I've played numbers from most of these artistes at one time or another.

Members Of Band

I have been playing with the excellent Flynn Dickens Band since September 2012 but this band now seems to be in extended hiatus due, in part, to health issues within the band. Hence, I would like to hear from Salisbury based musicians/bands seeking a keyboard player. Ideally, I would like to join or form a 4-5 piece club/functions band, with lead guitar (not more than one guitarist), keyboards, bass and drums and male and/or female vocals, playing melodic pop and rock. I realise that there is a fine line between showing that you have a clear vision and sounding too prescriptive, so please feel free to discuss alternatives. I live near Salisbury and have my own transport. I also compose my own music. If interested, please call me on 0770 1060 955.

EQUIPMENT

Hammmond XK3c organ, Kurzweil SP4 digital piano/synthesizer, Moog Voyager synthesizer, Leslie 3300 (300W RMS speaker/amp), McGregor combo (200W RMS speaker/amp). Various other keyboard instruments and equipment available for studio use. Monitors, lights and smoke machine for stage use.
