ABOUT
Age 25 and I play lead guitar and sing, I am not a stereotypical singer but sing similar I've been told to Neil Young, I like the vocla style of people like Bob Dylan, The band, Ashcroft etc. Musically I am heavily influenced by Led Zepplin, Hendrix, Jeff Buckley, Nirvana, Miles Davis, Jefferson Aerplane, Aerosmith, the Doors, and loads of othe classic and acid rock bands. It's my aim not really to be pigeonholed into one area of music, but I am heavily blues influenced on the guitar, but also delve into modal playing and unusual keychanges and as well as trying to achieve good riff based music I like to improvise the way they did old school. I am really into music theory but I am not classically trained, I'm completely self taught, so don't be put off by anything I've said so far. I am really open minded when it comes to the level of your musician ship as long as you are of a decent standard, I'm more interested in finding the right mix of people, who are laid back, like to experiment and never closed off to new ideas, most of all I want people who are committed and people who just love music basically. I've spent to long as a bedroom musician in the last year and none of my mates are musicians so it's hard for me to find people, so I would be over the moon with any response. Contct kriszenith@

Influences
Well I've covered above some of the bands I like, but I'm into Blues, 60's and 70's rock, Jazz, Prog, Punk and Glam Rock and grunge. Also I like Spanish music and classical. Basically there 's not a type of music reallly that I don't like.
Members Of Band
I am looking for a bass player, who is blues influenced, amongst other interests. A Drummer, any influences are welcome, 2 backing singers. Also anyone who has a moog synthesizer and is really into sampling weird sounds.
EQUIPMENT
I play an Ibanez JS100 guitar into an 1983 Carvin amplifier, which has been used in a previous band I played in and is good enough to handle live performance. I have an original Marshall Guvenour pedal, and Korg pedal board unit, but most of my sounds I just get with the amp itself.
