Hi all!

My name is Akin, I'm 23 years old and I've been playing the drums for about 9 years now.

I have previously been in many bands and I have experience in the following areas:

- Gigging locally
- Travelling and gigging on tour
- Rehearsing regularly
- Home recording
- Professional studio recordings for an album
- Live Radio Interviews/Performances
- Professionally Recorded Live Video (for MTV)
- Professional Music Video Involvement
- Solo Drumming
- Self sound-checking
- Writing drum beats/songs

I left my old band because the music was too indie for my liking and I didn't like the direction it was heading. I also felt they were holding me back a little bit.

In the mean time I have been drumming solo just doing covers and recording videos for YouTube. The link to my YouTube channel is: www.youtube/akinolagbaiye. (Naturally I have been mainly doing videos of pop and chart songs as that is what people like to watch).

I am looking to start/join a new band with a ska/reggae/dub/funk feel. I think it's really important that the type of music we make is something people can dance to or at least bounce to.

I'm a really easy-going guy and ideally want a group of people of a similar age to me just for fun but obviously to progress to gigs and hopefully an albumn here and there.

I'm kinda thinking 1 Drummer, 1 Bass Guitar, 2 Guitars, 2 or 3 Brass Instruments (Trumpet, Saxaphone, Trumbone) and Vocals.
