Hi. I've been playing guitar for over 30 years. Fed up of bands that either don't gig or just can't be bothered to put the effort in. I'm easy to get on with, don't do the band politics stuff and reliable. I am a solid rhythm player and can play lead but don't expect thrash! Whilst I wouldn't describe myself as a singer I've been doing more in the way of backing vocals in my last band.

Influences
Initial influences were the classic rock bands, I was dragged up on Led Zep, Sabbath, Deep Purple and Queen etc.
I love the blues of Muddy Waters, Big Bill Broonzy, Eric Johnson and BB King alhough the likes of Clapton, Rory Galagher and Gary Moore are my more modern influences.

EQUIPMENT
Fender American Strat, Gibson Les Paul, Ibanez Artcore Custom hollow body, Tanglewood TW1000 acoustic, Ibanez electro acoustic, a banjo and a bazouki. Amplication is either a Marshall JTM 45 amp with 4x12 cab or a Marshal AVT50 combo depending on stage/oom size. Effects used - Boss GT8.
