Juno Watt’s music is tricky to define. He incorporates many genres and goes to places we don’t think have been explored before; it is consistently inconsistent. We like to describe it as a mixture of ‘sarcastic rock’ and ‘pessimistic pop’. The sophisticated lyrics often discuss serious issues, juxtaposing the upbeat tempo and betraying a subversive attitude to the norms of the music industry. Every track has been written, performed and engineered by Juno himself, he has a huge catalogue of material and is expected to release regularly throughout 2015 ending the year with his debut album.
