My name is Jack and I'm a 20 year old guitar player who has played for nearly 8 years and has played regularly in bands since the age of 16. I specialise in playing punk music (i.e. 200 mph riffing!), pop-punk, early punk and I also have a strong interest in Indie music.
I played guitar for a punk band (own material) from age 16-18 when i was living in Bristol. We played numerous gigs and have made recordings in studios on two occasions.
I am now based in Birmingham and i played lead guitar in a popular pop-punk band (own material) for the last 18 months, in which we made two high quality EP's, before we went our separate ways. Through this previous band I have gained much live experience playing at least 50 gigs in Birmingham, Nottingham, Wolverhampton, Stoke, amongst others. Some of these gigs were supporting signed artists in crowds of hundreds.
I am a very confident musician who is keen to get back out on the stage! I have high quality music gear and will play either lead or rhythm guitar, but lead (or splitting it) is preferable. I am very committed and music is my main hobby.
I am looking to join a band or find other like minded people to jam with - I have loads of ideas for either a punk or indie band and will do backing vocals for a punk band.
My plans for this are to have loads of fun, get out there playing and eventually hitting the studio in which to make rock history!

My influences for indie are: Arctic Monkey's, Blur, Idlewild, Oasis, The Jam, Libertines.
