Dynamic rock keyboardist/guitarist with a passion for late 60s, early 70s styles of rock. Happy with lead and rhythm on both instruments, with keys focusing on Hammond organ, electric piano and analog synthesisers. Based in Bristol, happy to put work into preparation and rehearsal - but have a day job too.

Versatile Bassist needed by my established, original Prog Space Rock band based in Bristol.

Gravity Wave Riders are looking for a new bass player with a fluid, melodic style to help us record our first album later this year and ideally join us permanently on our adventures through unconventional progressive/space/psychedelic rock as we take our original material to venues and festivals.

Between us we have a wide range of influences, mainly from the classic era of rock but not your mainstream rock bands. Think Hawkwind, Gong, Ozric Tentacles, early Prog, Zappa, Canterbury Sound, krautrock, heavy psychedelic, early Deep Purple and Black Sabbath but not metal.

We have demo/guide tracks if you would like to hear what we sound like – some of it is challenging so this would suit an experienced bassist, probably fingerstyle unless you’re another Chris Squire or Ray Shulman! Perhaps (like us) you’ve happily done the rounds of cover bands or conventional rock but would relish the opportunity to contribute to something new, unique and fun. If so, please get in touch.
