I also play keyboards, but by ear so cannot read music (but that hasn't been a problem in the past as I pick things up very quickly)

Drum-wise, I love Bill Bruford, Stewart Copeland, Phil Collins, Carl Palmer, Roger Taylor and a lot of jazz drummers like Billy Cobham, Tony Williams, Art Blakey, Buddy Rich etc.
