ABOUT

Guitarist from south of England. Been playing for 17 years. Looking for a pro band to join. Competent reader, but also competent at learning by ear, arranging parts, and improvising.

Experience:
- Electric guitar: rock, jazz, fusion, blues, funk, soul, ska. Historically metal (thrash/prog)
- Acoustic guitar: gypsy jazz, fingerstyle (tommy Emmanuel type stuff), folk, Romantic, bluegrass

Played in all kinds of bands from jazz fusion to rock to ska to punk. Can play at 100mph but also happy taking a back seat and playing slow. Also happy to be a rhythm guitarist. I just like playing guitar.

Other experience:

- Theatre guitarist - played many shows as primary guitarist, often arranging guitars 1 + 2 into one part.
- Film music composer: Composed scores for various award winning short films
- Studio guitarist: composed and arranged guitar parts for various artists and video games
