Miserablist looking to start/join an acoustic duo (or keys) that focuses on original material. Have plenty of songs written but happy to collaborate. A friend once described my songs as "downbeat folk", which is the genre I'm most interested in playing. It took me 25 minutes to write that paragraph...
In my head I'm thinking that a female vocal may provide better contrast, so something like Johnnyswim meets Black Box Recorder meets Leonard Cohen?. Easy.
