singer / songwriter with more than 15 years of experience, have done recorded studio work, live performances (beyond 2000 capacity), weddings, funerals, etc. I have a repetoire of songs that cross over from gospel / christian / inspirational music to secular / soul / jazz / funk music. I am looking for the following musicians to work on a project with me that will involve performing at a number of church and community events across West London; guitarists, keyboard player/ pianists, drummer ( I play drums & percussion also). I would prefer that you are a commited (not perfect!) christian with a passion for funky music / live sounds. The sound that I'm looking for is a combination of influences ranging from Erykah Badu, India Irie, Jill Scott to Karen Clark Sheard, Tonex and Mary Mary. I am also interested in doing some collaborative music with any strong male vocals or gospel mc's with a R & B / hip hop influence, eg; Jaheim, Lyfe Jennings, Fabulous, Nas, Jadekiss, etc. Many thanks.
