ABOUT

Bass player looking for like minded musicians into not too obvious blues(ish) type stuff amongst other things. i have eclectic and quite eccentric tastes and a good imagination. It would be nice to collaborate with others of a similar mindset. I have played in and recorded with various non serious bands and jammed at parties etc for bleedin years. People I respect say I am good. I can sing basic stuff/bvs, play rhythm gtr almost reasonably and I am improving at lead. I want to play some music with feel. Not into prog or perfectionism. Simple is good! I want to jam and gig and get people moving, but if possible, without doing tired old covers. You know, fun. . .

EQUIPMENT

Status shark passive 5 string through a Hartke 400 amp. I need to get something more compact. I have a couple of vintage sixties basses, a DeArmond/Guild x-155 semi, a Tokai 54 copy strat and a couple of acoustics. I also know my way round a recording studio and a PA. (well maybe not Pro Tools)
