Hi there! I am looking to start a band. Over the past few years I've been writing a lot of music acoustic and electric but feel I really need a band to make these songs work. I know exactly how I want my songs to sound and what direction I want to go in. I am looking for a drummer and a bass guitar. Also hopefully people that will be able to fit the drums and the bass to my songs. So you've pretty much got free reign. I just really want my songs to sound the best they can. I'm not that interested in doing a lot of covers as I feel we would just end up like a karaoke band. Obviously some covers are always good for practice but I would preferable like to just stick to the stuff I've written.
I play guitar and sing but If anyone wanted to do a bit of singing in the band I certainly wouldn't object. I just want to have fun and maybe get a little tour going. I am quite committed and If I could get away with just playing gigs I would pack in my job in in a minute. So if you feel you have the same dedication just get in contact with me. Don't be scared incase you don't like my music. If you don't like it then we wouldn't need to take it any further. I would like everyone to enjoy what they are playing.
