I am a serious drummer looking to gain some valuable experience in music that is more complex involving more phrasing and syncopation than the rock bands I have been in to date. I feel this experience would really help me to hone some skills I haven't yet had a chance to work on due to the music I have been mostly involved in, and would help me to go to university. I have been playing for two and a half years, but I believe my skill and determination are above the level of most players of that time period.
Very much looking to get involved in latin music.

Anything from Chick Corea to Red Hot Chili Peppers. Other influences are artists like Harrison Drive, Gordon Goodwin, Sting/Police, Deep Purple, James Brown, Tower of Power, Parliament and Funkadelik, Dave Weckl, Dennis Chambers, Akira Jimbo, Ian Paice, Chad Smith, Hilary Jones, Vinne Coliauta, Steve Gadd, Pete Brown. Mostly I like music with some satisfying syncopation, but generally I like funk, rock, jazz and latin.

Full drumkit. Currently expanding to latin percussion.
