Hello! My name is Jack, I'm a singer-songwriter and producer from The Wirral.
I make music alone starting with just coming up with a melody on my guitar, and 99% of the time all the other instruments that are going to be in the song just appear in my mind, from there I'm able to get in the studio and compose and record everything that is needed to be heard.
Anyway besides the uninteresting stuff lol, I've been playing instruments for a good while now, I'm not a brilliant player and I know nothing of musical theory, I just hear sounds in my head and eventually it comes to life after a little while.
My age is 25, I'm 100% committed to making this my career, as cliche as it may sound.. it is literally everything to and for me, just making music is the only thing I've ever done "job" wise that makes me love living my life. Although I do plan on staying as a solo artist because I prefer to write my songs alone, I understand how important a band is when it comes to putting on a fantastic show and I have never been one to ever put a band of a solo artist in the dark, and even with bands that are solely focused on the lead vocalist etc.. could you imagine a Prince gig without his bands? Or a Bowie gig without his band? Yeah, bands mean a lot, whether they're taking part in the creative process or not.
