Having recently left my last band, I am now looking to either start or join a new band in the Sheffield/Rotherham/Doncaster area. I have been in bands on and off since I was a teenager and am currently mainly looking towards hard rock/metal genres.
In my last band I played bass and was the main vocallist although I don't count myself as especially skilled vocally. My reason for leaving is that due to rising costs in the area and a low wage I was forced to relocate.

Influences
Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Dream Theater, Metallica, Hendrix, Led Zeppalin, Rush, etc. I generally like my music loud and heavy although I do have as soft spot for some other styles. The main thing for me in music is that it carries a feeling with it. To me music means emotion.

4 & 5 string bass guitars, electro-acoustic roundback guitar, Les Paul Studio style Yamaha guitar, Superstrat H/H F/Rose equipped guitar, Blackstar HT-5 Amp, Line 6 Bass Pod, Behringer BX4500h bass amp, Fender Rumble 100w bass combo and 1x15" cab, Zoom G3x guitar Multi-FX. I also have a microphone, stand and a powered monitor.
