Singer/songwriter/producer seeks female vocalists for recording work. Do you want to be on my next album? At the moment I have quite a specific ask:

I'm looking for female singers who have a lower-than-normal female voice OR an excellent range that can hit the lower notes comfortably. Not a shout-y or smoker's Bob Dylan type voice, I am talking smooth like Lana Del Ray (but more dexterous), Annie Lennox, Sade, and if you can sing like Fiona Apple, even better.

I don't ask much, do I! But please get in touch and I promise I'm nowhere near as hard to work with as this sounds, I just want to be specific. By the way you don't have to be loud, or powerful, or experienced. Have a go and maybe we can make a really great record!

Alternative pop is my mainstay in terms of what I'm going for, but I'm into everything - Heavy Rock to Country to Acoustic to Electronic to Funk Pop Classical Soul RnB Jazz etc.

Influences and favs include Radiohead, Fiona Apple, Tool, Metallica, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, The Mars Volta, a lot of pop and RnB, Nina Simone, Eurythmics, La Roux, Alison Krauss.
