Ian is a Faculty Tutor / Clinician at the renowned British Centre For Music & Enterprise. Ian is officially endorsed by Evans Heads, Liberty Drums UK, Amedia Cymbals, Pellwood Sticks, Cymbomute and Tunerfish and holds clinics in association with them across the UK for music schools, drum retailers, and youth organisations. He was invited to perform at The Manchester Drum show in July of 2014, and will be doing so at The National Drum Fair and The London Drum show later this year. He has also been booked for the September 2014 production of Jesus Christ Superstar the Stantonbury Theatre, Buckinghamshire. Ian recently finished playing with Matt Edwards, a blues artist whose début album, Follow The Plan, went to number two in the UK Blues Charts last year, to explore opportunities in The West End Theatre. He is currently the regular drummer for Ian Bee’s Hive Fusion Trio, The Chris Hepworth Trio, The Nick Harper Trio, Shred Belly, The Angels Share, Nick Harper, The Mickey C Band and Sahara C. He has recently been asked to take the in-house session chair with new record label On-Mic Records in Milton Keynes, and just some of the artists Ian has performed with include: Gary Moore
