Lead Guitar.

ABOUT

Our originals band (currently vocals/synth, bass and drums) are looking for a committed lead guitarist to complete our line-up.

We have a full LP’s worth of songs already devised and stylistically they are in the realm of alternative/post-punk (early Editors/Joy Division/Interpol etc.) but with some additional electronic elements. The closest reference to our sound is perhaps White Lies’ To Lose My Life album.

Some initial demos are attached to my profile. I recorded all the guitars on the tracks but I'm a really limited player so I'm looking to take a step back to focus on vocals/synths and get someone in who can retain the vibe of the current tracks but lift them to a new level.

We treat this as a professional venture in terms of our time, focus and commitment so it is imperative that our bandmates also share that same work ethic. We require someone who is able to commit to a minimum one weekend a month for rehearsals/gigs and can also work remotely between those times on writing and recording.

Based on current members this would suit someone in the 35-45 age bracket.

If this sounds interesting then please get in touch, we’d love to find out some more about you.
