I'm Harvey, a 27 year old singer living in Southampton. I was in a band for 2 years called black swan (www.youtube/blackswanband and www.myspace/blackswanband). Unfortunately our guitarist went to New Zealand and we decided to call it a day.
I'm desperate to get back into gigging. Love being on stage and making music and everything else that comes with being in a band. Been told a lot that I have a unique voice and get a lot of praise after gigs from audience / other bands / promoters / etc. But have a listen and see what ya think.
I'm looking to join or form a band. Currently trying out a new band I have put together with a few friends, but still need a couple of other musicians for that. We have a bass player (Pete, 26), drummer (Jez, 25) and piano player we're trying out (Sam, 25). We're looking for guitars (one at moment, maybe two). WOULD LOVE A BANJO PLAYER!
If you're looking for a singer to join ya band then I am up for it. Can sing a lot of different styles, have a good range and good tone to my voice (or so I've been told haha). I'm committed to music, but also want to have fun with it...so want to be with a good bunch of people. Only thing I'm not really interested in is Heavy Metal / Old School Rock. I can scream to a degree, but don't like doing it and can't sustain it for a gig.
