I'm a transfemme guitarist and scream vocalist, looking to provide guitar and/or vocals for metal/punk band (ideally with people around my own age).
Fairly experienced guitarist playing metal rhythm, less experienced lead player.
I've been learning screams for around a year and a half now and am pretty confident with the technique although I have only ever performed live as a guitarist with an occasional backing scream. I am obviously looking to change this.
I have a solo black metal project with a demo out as an idea of my style and ability (my vocals have improved a lot since these songs were recorded however, I'm thinking of redoing them):

Influences
My influences are all over the place tbh. I like a lot of old school death metal and grindcore (entombed, obituary, morbid angel ect.) and also enjoy the more recent comeback of that sound with bands like undeath (yes I own a HM-2). Big fan of black metal too especially second wave and melancholic/depressive, also partial to some hipster blackgaze sh*t sometimes.
Outside of metal my influences are modern post punk, noise and industrial.
