I would say I am in an intermediate level in various instruments, as I have been playing music since I was 5 years old. I also have a good background in musical theory, which I believe helps in making and structuring songs. I have played in a couple bands in Spain (rock, funky and metal) but never got to record any original music (even though I made some).

I just moved to Cardiff to start a PhD and I will be around for 3.5 years, so I would love to find a band to play with during this time, although I can't fully commit myself due to the amount of work I have.

I am looking for a modern hardcore or metal band (metalcore, deathcore, hardcore, melodic stuff in general) and I would fancy playing heavy and not crazy intricate stuff, especially on guitar (maybe keyboards?).
I could as well play drums but I'm not good at fast double bass, so I would stick to more hardcore and groovy stuff.
