ABOUT

I’m a mature 50+ guitar/bass player (not on a life support machine yet, plenty of twang still in me) available to join/start up a covers band - lots of live experience, good gear and own transport. 100% dedicated. Had my bellyful of band politics in the past and said “I wouldn’t do it again !!!!” . . . . . . . . I’m back !!! lol - Just want to get back out playing live ASAP - Like lots of different styles of music from “Pop to Funk, Punk to Rock” - 60's 70's 80's . . . something a little different would be good, get the punters up dancing and partying !!!! By the way, "whatever happened to the heroes" anyone find out ? I’m based in WAKEFIELD, and because of my “past experiences” with rehearsal after rehearsal on and on and on, I don’t want to be travelling an hour just to do it all again ! get my drift. I’m not an arsy person, get on with anyone, but like I say, my past experiences of bands has made me wary, so I have to state where I am with it, sure you know what it’s like.
