ABOUT

I am a violinist who also uses my voice.I have lots of experience of gigging teaching and of session work.I am an improvising musician at heart .I also write.I am interested mostly, in finding session work at the moment ,if any of you needed to add strings to your recent recordings? I'm fond of original music and am looking for social sessions in my local area hoping that live music makes a good come back soon. Folk/Gypsy jazz,Open mic events etc as have recently re-located to Caerphilly. It would also be nice to find some teaching work here too.

Influences

I have a very broad range of influences.
Recently I have been playing a lot of Gipsy Jazz and American Song Book style as my most practiced up,ready to go gigging repertoire though I have also spent a number of years playing Folk/World musics and music for Dance/Performances Swing dance,Folk dances,for classical dance styles,for Theatre and Circus.Session work has been anything from Classical through to Rock.
