Competent guitarist looking to jam with the view to starting a band. I write original songs. Looking for people who are committed. My influences vary (see below), as does my playing style. However, down tuned guitars and heavy riffs are my go to!

Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Anthrax, Megadeth, Metallica, Testament, Judas Priest, Vendetta, Heathen, Municipal Waste, Deathrow, Black Label Society, Ozzy, Soundgarden, Faith No More, Melvins, Kyuss, Clutch, QOTSA, Sleep, Tool, Boris, Reverend Bizarre, Monster Magnet, Frank Zappa, Alice Cooper… I could go on… Metal/thrash/doom is what I’m aiming to play. However, I am experienced in many different genres and am a very competent acoustic player.

EQUIPMENT
Gibson SG Special is my favourite just now. Have Strat, Tele and Les Paul. Play through a PRS HDRX, or Brunetti Singleman with gain coming from pedals… I like to make use of ambient effects.
Acoustics - I have a Martin, Taylor and a Yamaha.
