Hey there, I'm Fergus, a 24-year old Bassist from Watford. I'm looking for a group to hang out with, play some gigs and have a good time with.
I've played bass in 3 bands casually, but devoted most of my time recently to playing upright bass for Audentior Symphony Orchestra. While I love playing with Audentior, I really want to branch out and get back to the music that truly inspires me to play, and maybe experiment with something new!
I am a strong player and am able to read sheet music confidently (thanks 10 years of piano...). While I haven't been properly challenged on the Electric Bass before, I have played famous orchestral symphonies such as Tchaikovsky's 4th, Beethoven's 5th and an absolute tonne of film scores (think Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean).
I work a 9-5 and I'm not looking to go pro, but I'm genuinely passionate about music and enjoy music from a wide range of genres. (I'm also a trained singer with a deep voice, so if you need backing vocals I got you covered). If I sound like someone that you're looking for, just reach out!
