Talented singer required ASAP to join a rock covers band from Chesterfield that is already playing on the circuit. The band has been doing pub/club gigs for the past 12 months or so and we've built up a small following. Unfortunately, just as we were starting to make a name for ourselves, our singer has been forced to leave the band due to health reasons. Therefore, we're looking for someone with a good 'rock' image and confident stage presence to join our band. Age or sex isn't important, but we're preferably looking for someone with previous experience and their own gear/transport. We play a varied set from Metallica to Lynyrd Skynyrd to Whitesnake, etc. Although the band is based in Chesterfield, some of the members are from Rotherham/Sheffield so this would suit anyone from Derbyshire or South Yorkshire. We already have a web site, page, posters, etc, so this is a great opportunity for the right person to slot straight in and help take the band forward.
