My name is Sam. I am a music producer/artist and multi instrumentalist.
I am keyboard(s)/guitarist in the Hampshire/Wiltshire band "Sleepwalker"
I studied guitar at ACM Guildford and studied C&G Sound engineering at Basingstoke BCOT and City of Westminster College

I have a home studio/production suite that is suitable for recording, producing and arrangement of music. What do you want to do? Need some help with an arrangement? Maybe you are a lyricist looking for a producer/writer? I'm also an experienced tutor. I am looking to collaborate. I'm particularly into the synthwave scene and am working on studio/live projects. I would like to work with vocalists M/F or anyone else who can bring something to my project or have some ideas of your own. A studio collaboration project and live act is what I would like to develop. 3 piece group. Synth,Guitar,Drum pad/machine. Part tracked/part live

Influences

Synthwave, and it's variants. Electronic, Synthpop, Dark synth. I like also, AOR/MOR and bands with some Jazz influence such as Steely Dan. I love prog rock like Asia, Genesis, Yes, Alan Parsons project., All that top drawer stuff !
Other influences include Disco, New wave, Hi-NRG, Funk, Soul, Reggae, Blues, Country, Rock, Punk, Indie
Mostly, I prefer pre 2000 styles, However, not exclusively.
80's music, I like a lot. Acts such as, Kraftwerk, Ultravox, Talk talk, Depeche mode, Vangelis, JM Jarre, Howard Jones, Roxette, The Midnight, the list could go on quite a while...... For me, the sequencing/producing in that era was outstanding!! Synthwave/retrowave is going to be my focus for future projects
